Positive Nails

"Got my nails done here last week. I went after I got off work on a Thursday. Got there at about 5:15pm (they take the last customer at 6:30pm). The lady is doing my nails, in a hurry, clearly rushing. So it’s time to paint them. I show her 2 different designs that were simple and was only going to go on each ring finger. She scrounge her face up at both of the designs and shook her head saying no. I’m thinking to myself why is this women telling me no to something that I’ve requested and furthermore, that I’m paying for??!!! She clearly wanted to hurry up and leave for the day which is understandable. However, when it interferes with customer service and their experience, that comes first. My nails looked horrible, the polish job was really bad, and my experience there was even worse!!!! Needless to say, I won’t be going there anymore. I believe the techs name was Sally. Smh"

"How hard is it to paint toes. I mean I liked my nails , wished I’ve could loved those. The polish change was mediocre. Could have been done better a 12yr old could have done it. It was almost like looking at someone as a child color outside of the lines in a coloring book no lie."

"I got my nails done here for a quick walk in and the nail technician was able to do my nails exactly like the picture. I am not good with names unless I hear it a lot but she was a young black lady. Petite build ask for her if you want stellar nails."
