"I went to visit this beauty Mart on December 10, 2023 with my children. The young man who was in the store, followed me and my children around as if we were going to steal something. I am a woman of color I live in the Holcomb bridge area so I do understand a lot of people thinking that we couldn’t afford to live in this area. However, I felt like I was being discriminated against And me and my kids felt unsafe as I am the mother of two daughters and to have a man follow you around in the store It was disheartening. I will not be shopping at this location ever again as it is the closest to my house. However, I won’t mind the travel time to go somewhere else where my business is Am treated as an equal"

"I stopped in before a wedding as I left my magnetic lash liner at home. Purchased magnetic liner and lip liner. I opened the magnetic liner and it was completely dry. The brush was bent and nothing was on it. This product must have been extremely old. I was so disappointed to have wasted $6 on this product that I couldn’t even use! Next, I opened the lip liner and the tip literally just flew off as if it was already broken inside of the cap. Another wasted $2. The plastic/packaging was in tact on both products so there was no evidence of tampering. I advise you to beware before purchasing from this store as they are not checking inventory or keeping track of shelf life."
