"I got a permanent straight hair treatment done with supposed quality products. They are very nice people. What I am disappointed with is the results of my hair. November 5th I got my hair done and loved the results but I noticed my top of my head felt spiky. I trusted it was just because of the treatment. For 2 weeks I only washed my hair twice a week and I noticed a lot of hair fall out. That was my fault. I went to get another treatment they said would help on December 2nd. December 11th I realized the spiky hair was actually hair that had been broken off during treatment. I am not professional but this is what seems more logical as my hair was virgin before any of this. I complained and couldn’t go get seen until a few weeks due to work. I was told my hair was breaking at the root but this wasn’t the case, as it was spiky and I could pull the short strands and it wouldn’t come out off my scalp. I went 2 weeks later and got a 50% refund I had asked for because my hair is completely ruined. I was told it wasn’t the treatment because if it was it would be broken everywhere but they still gave me a refund for half of what I paid. I don’t have any bangs left. My hair stands up all through the middle part. It’s uneven from the back as well. I am very sad. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have done this to my hair. I liked them as people but I remember Nancy complimenting my wavy hair and Michael saying something among the lines if people liked their hair we wouldn’t have a service to provide and make money. I laughed then but now I feel I was treated for the money I would pay and my best interest weren’t in mind. My hair wasn’t strong enough. It’s now January, not even 3 months later and my hair keeps breaking. I don’t have bangs left. Gel won’t help the short strands in the back lay down. And my hair is uneven. They are nice people but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a straight perm here because of the experience I had."

Nancy and her husband Michael operate their own business together, and are very successful at it because the work they do keep people coming back forever, and that’s because of their great work and personalities. I love them. Calling ahead is good because they get busy, prices are reasonable so a good tip is a great reward for great service."
