They are not pushy nor do they try to overwhelm you to buy diff products or services. They give you exactly what you are looking for. I will always continue to go at this salon for all my salon needs."

"Today I went for haircut. The lady was behaving rude. I said my hair doesn’t look straight after the hair cut she was like it’s straight did my job, I have many other customers waiting for me. What type of service is that ? Can you explain??? I am also a customer, her job to satisfy me. If I am not satisfied with the hair cut she needs to fix it. And it wasn’t a layer or anything crazy, just a straight hair cut. She couldn’t make it straight .what else do I expect from you all!!! Never going back for hair cut & because of their behavior."

"Super disappointed with the experience, I think I have not had such a bad experience at any other salon. So, I would not recommend to anyone. Reason being - 1. It seemed, at least in my case, that they have no respect for appointments taken, you end up queuing up and walks-ins are randomly prioritized over pre-scheduled appointments. It went to an extent that my wife was waiting for her hair-cut, after me (already confirmed by the attendant), but the attended took another customer who just walked-in and apparently knew the attendant from past. NO system at all and no care for people in queue waiting!! 2. I also found attitude of attendants to be a bit rude, compared to what I have seen elsewhere. For e.g. I was told that they do not trim oily hairs (although i had not) and that I should come with washed hair next time :-). I suggested them to kindly inform this while taking appointments so that customers can come prepared, than hearing on spot. We eventually shortened on our plan and moved to another salon nearby, with feelings of not to come back again. I thought of sharing this experience with the hope that this would be addressed. Although it may not be a big deal for the salon loosing one customer like me, but it would certainly start hurting if this repeats with other. Pls take care."

"I have been to this place twice and had the same bad experience. The first time, I was made to wait even though I made an appointment in advance. They said they were busy and I needed a haircut badly so I waited. The second time, I was a little reluctant you go to this place again but, I thought I will give them another chance. So, I made an appointment for my mom and my sister. My mom wanted to get a medium bob and she showed them pictures for reference. The lady( I refer to them as “lady“ and not a “hair stylist” because they weren’t professional) who was going to give the hair cut didn’t know what to do and asked another lady who worked at the same place. The other lady said give a “straight cut”. Did they not understand the difference between a bob and a straight cut or were they being disrespectful was something which I didn’t get. I explained her clearly the difference and she still gave my mom a “straight cut”. My sister canceled her appointment because of their demeanor. Their behavior and their work was very unprofessional. Will NEVER go back to this place. Hope this helps."

"Only place I'll trust to do my eyebrows...in the entire country. Absolutely love the ladies at Sangi's! They pay attention to how you like your brows. They remodeled and it's a nice place. They're peettt cheap compared to the place in Houston I go to when I visit my parents (which I stopped going) $6 for eyebrows and $8 for eyebrows and upper lip - AWESOME!"
