"Let me start this review by saying this was my first time doing this experience. The advertisements convinced me to give it a try so I will describe it as clearly as possible. The spa itself is located in a plaza inside a salon. Andalia has its own suite where it is actually only 1 room that has a divider in the middle where 2 people can be serviced at the same time. I felt like the head wash and head massage was great! I don’t really feel like I got a thorough face/arm/upper back massage as advertised. It was more so of lotion just being rubbed on my hands and arms. The face massage was just a vibrating tool that was used across my face. I don’t think I would ever go back but it was an experience just to say I tried it. If I ever wanted to do it again, I would probably try another location/company. overall, 3 out of 5 stars."

"Not exactly what I was expecting. I booked with Dalia but someone else did my services I couldn’t really understand her when she gave her name. Kristi maybe? I hate when you book with a specific person then show up and someone different is doing your services. I spent a lot of time with my head under running warm water. For this amount of money I’d expect to be being massaged the entire allotment. I’d say for 20-30 minutes I was just laying there under running water. The massage was mediocre in general. The marketing got me in there but the experience will not make me return. Save your money and book at an actual masseuse"

"I had an appointment with Dalia, but unfortunately, she was ill today, so Kristi, the spa manager, quickly rescheduled me for a different day with Dalia sister Mary. Let me just say that the entire experience was amazing! The massage of the face, shoulder, arms, and hands was not too light and not too hard, just the right amount of pressure. I had the moisturizing head spa, and it was incredible. I fell asleep and was sadden that the entire experience was over and did not realize how fast 90 minutes went by. Lizzette helped Mary blow dry my hair afterward. The 2 were so welcoming and very professional. I ended up scheduling many future appointments and would highly recommend friends and family to give it a try. It's well worth the price and the experience."
