"No star this guy took my car and had it for 11years and when I finally got my car the engine was not what I paid for the car was horribly put together and there are many of us that were taken by this guy He is shade tree and it's a ripoff he got over 100,000 dollars and the car has to be done again"
"I was recommended to Collison Pro/Blalock Custom by Accurate Auto Care, who do an amazing job of looking after the mechanics of my car. I had a situation with my front bumper being pulled off and needing replacing and the team here did a great job with the repair. Zach was very professional from my initial request for a quote and provided great customer service throughout. When I emailed a response to the quote to get clarification, he actually picked up the phone and called me to talk things through to ensure I fully understood instead of just emailing back. As someone who is in customer service, this step was hugely appreciated. Zach kept me in the loop each day with pictures, updates and details and it was his excellent level of service, as well as the great overall repair, that will have me returning here without question should I need body work done again. Definate 5 stars!"
"On the fence at the moment. I really want to like this place. Very friendly when I took my 66 VW beetle in for a fender repair. The work they do looks to be pretty solid based on other cars I see there. On thing that is frustrating is communication. They have had the car for a few months now and have not contacted me on status. I have to reach out to them every few weeks. When they reply, they are friendly and apologetic and then tell me what they have done so far. I think they must have a lot of work happening. Just wish they would keep me in the loop better. It's frustrating because it's a car our son drives daily. We're having to do work-arounds to let him use mom or dad's car. A couple days or weeks if that is doable. Months is getting really hard. I will give an update when I get the car back, with either an upgrade or downgrade depending on if it was worth the wait."
"I've had my '72 Chevelle worked on there several times, and always had an excellent experience. The owner and crew are knowledgeable and professional. I plan on taking mine and my family's cars there, from now on!"
"Unfortunate experience...paid a $7500 deposit (50% for the job as quoted), received some primer laid on the car...over-top rust and other damage he was supposed to fix. Each request for an update went the same way, excuses about all the time he spent and a photo of an area with a layer of primer. The clock ticked on...he had the car for over a year. When challenged for progress he claimed he "used" all the money in the deposit and demanded more. After moving to another shop, the new shop detailed the "work" that Blalock Customs didn't do (but claimed they did). Avoid at all cost, unscrupulous shop, shoddy "work" and zero accountability."
