"Depew has exceeded my expectations with the level of care and quality work I received as an adult with braces. During my initial consultation I voiced that I did not want to remove teeth even though I had severe crowding. They listened and gave me possible solutions that could work to achieve a straight smile and better bite. We decided to try an expander even though it is more difficult to do with adults and it worked. I also opted for the use of TAD’s or mini screws to help correct my bite since my molars faced inwards. The combination while not fun was only temporary and caused minimal discomfort. The length of treatment was fantastic! I was quoted 3 years and I just debraced right around the two year mark of when I began treatment. The staff specifically Brittany who was my tech was so friendly and guided me through every step and answered all of my questions. She really helped reassure me when I was hesitant and gave me honest feedback and empathy when I needed it. I love my new smile and will bring my son to Depew if he ever needs orthodontic treatment!"

"They did not describe the process for the invisible retainers. They didn’t explain they would have to file away some enamel between my teeth, and led me to believe there would be nothing secured to my teeth. They knew I didn’t want anything glued to my teeth, and didn’t tell me that was a necessary part until they were actively putting the holders on my teeth. They had nothing but terrible customer service, and every appointment I was told something different about my trajectory. In the end, they overcharged me, and it took me 10 MONTHS to get my refund! I HIGHLY recommend finding literally anyone else if you need orthodontic care."
