Dr.Rodriguez such a sweet woman and she’s also the reason I’m now doing “Airway Therapy”. Absolutely amazing staff. Oh and Kina always absolutely pleasant. They listen to your wants and needs and understand about people who have a genuine fear when having dental work done . "The doctor is a friend. A good friend. I love him. I've known him for years. It's the staff I have issues with. They are the most unfriendly staff in a dental office I've ever seen...and I worked in dental for 25+ years. I had a crown done. I wear a retainer. They took an impression of my teeth so that I could get a retainer. It was $150 and the assistant said I wouldn't have to pay for it until I pick it up. I got to the front and the front office said that just simply wasn't true. I told them again what I was told. They "adjusted the price" because I was told $450 and that is what I was prepared for, not $600. They "adjusted the price"...and when I went back for my 6 month cleaning, they didn't even know about the retainer and I had a $150 credit (for the retainer I was told I didn't have to pay for). As it turns out, I paid for it and they HID that from me. They were very rude at the front desk. That was November of last year....all of this happened in May 2023. Fast forward to September 2023, I broke a tooth. I called and left a message on Friday AS SOON AS IT HAPPENED. I got a call back from a nice young lady who put me on hold. The next lady came to the phone had no idea what I was on hold for and when I got a bit frustrated at their lack of communication with each other, the lady on the other end of the phone said, "Ma'am, I've been here for five years....." I just stopped her. I simply wanted to know who the nice lady who was who returned my call. Just send me the x-rays you have of mine and I'll find another dentist. I'm sorry Dr. Edge, but front staff makes a huge difference. I was driving almost an hour and a half to see this dentist. He is wonderful...just that toxic staff. I guess that's why I wanted out of the business a few years back."

"I’m not very good at going to doctors in general and I never do reviews but the experience I had at Edge Dentistry made me write this. Spoke to receptionist several times setting up my appointment and she was so friendly and helpful. Once I arrived for my appointment the staff was overly friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I thought WOW what a great staff. Then the dentist came in and was over the top! He explained every step that he was doing which put me even more at ease. I would have never thought I would enjoy a visit to the dentist but actually look forward to going back. Will be my dentist from now on and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for a great experience!"
