"If you’re looking for an unprofessional dentist that over books, bc ppl know she is a horrible dentist and the front staff will play the can not speak English game. Please schedule here. So many young youthful dentist. English speaking. Wanting to provide a service, that does not have you wait forever. Does real services on children, can do more than only refer you to other more qualified dentist. What dentist does Not Clean the children’s teeth, even look at the children teeth. To pass off a referral. Clearly doesn’t like biracial children. And is a horrible person. This is the place for you and your children. A sad women, with a few people that need a job. Working under a miserable dentist. Thank goodness there are plenty other dentist around. I hope one of her dental hygienist trained in the USA gets their own practice. What dentist writes a referral but does not even look at the child’s teeth. I’m sure no 7 year old child’s teeth are so bad they get their insurance charged but see no dentist. Not even a cleaning. This is not a place I’m surprised to see looking like this. Our appointments were 12, 12:30, and 2 I’m sure the kiddos enjoyed a few free hours out of school. I should read the reviews. "Let’s start by saying the young lady that sits at the front desk for the dental side because she made it very clear that she is not ortho IS VERY RUDE. She ignored me numerous times & was condescending. My first appt was 1/9. When I called I scheduled for ORTHO as my son has braces & was having an ortho emergency. They decided to see him as a regular dental patient & made him a second appt with regular dental (we didn’t go because they have the worse communication. They gave my husband a card for one date and called me with a different date) 2/4 I rescheduled his appt for 2/6 @ 10am with a representative. Someone from the office called me on 2/5 and said the office doesn’t open until 1030 and I needed to come in at 1130 on 2/6. We arrive on 2/6 at 1130. Waited almost 2 hours before they told me the ortho dentist is only there on Mondays. There was 3 people including myself that had been scheduled incorrectly and they had no empathy, compassion or common decency for wasting our time. One of those ladies drove 2 hours for her appt & the other woman was autistic. The office staff talked down to us all and was very condescending. As I was expressing that I work in this industry and these things were not up to standards the young lady for regular dental is laughing which seemed to upset the autistic woman. It was a mockery in there. Should I add that they were trying to tell me my child has never been in that office so I demanded to see the paperwork that my husband filled out on 1/9. They gave 1000 excuses saying they couldn’t find it. But they eventually did which proves my son was not a new patient and that they messed up his initial appt. Even on the paperwork it states he’s there for ortho. as stated before the front office staff needs to be retrained on scheduling, eligibility & benefits, pre authorizations & general customer service. They need a new office manager if the guy that was yelling at the autistic lady is in charge when the owner is not there. UPDATE 2/12: 3rd appointment & still receiving information I should’ve gotten in JAN at the original visit. Just put in a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry. Still never seen a dentist. KEEP WASTING MY TIME AND MY CHILD STILL HAS BROKEN BRACKETS AND IN PAIN. BARELY CAN EAT & CRYING TEARS. YALL ARE THE WORST & I HOPE THIS OFFICE GETS SHUT DOWN & THE WORKERS BE UNEMPLOYED ! I will put in complaints everywhere, BBB NEXT!"
"I went here from a referral and I was very grateful that they accepted my insurance unfortunately that’s all they did. I was scheduled an appointment at 2, but when I got there at 1:45p no one was there for check-in and within the first 10 mins the waiting room had filled and no had been brought back. A little after 2pm I was called to the front desk inquiring about insurance and requesting a specific form. I understand formalities in a medical facility however I felt as if they didn’t do the initial work to make it possible for me to be seen. I felt as if they just wanted to take the easy way out and reschedule my appointment. I explained that I was in extreme pain being pregnant I was concerned about preterm labor. After over 2 hours and multiple hoops they were able to see me. Only for the doctor to say well since your so far along in your pregnancy we will have to refer you to a general surgeon since your so far along. I believe patient care could have been a lot better. Definitely not having someone wait in pain for over an hour."
"DEPLORABLE, the front office staff is BEYOND deplorable and UNPROFESSIONAL. I've never been disrespected in a dental establishment they way the billing administrator named Melissa (if that's the correct name because, the lady at the front desk was difficult in providing the name as well as my request of the office manager's name). Not to mention the insurance customer rep that was on the phone with me will I was there to have a procedure today, was in disbelief on hearing how to disrespectful the billing administration was. The billing administrator had been difficult over the past five months, by not following the protocols required by my carrier in which they ACCEPT, so that my services can get approved. As if they're trying to make me pay out of pocket when the procedure is definitely covered. I will NEVER patronize this entity ever again and I will make sure to inform my carrier that no service was rendered today. Also, if I didn't know any better I'd truly say a portion of that staff is racist because, her behavior was unwarranted and uncalled for. Not to mention, the young lady that came in after me, was placed in the same room I was initially in prior to all the Mayhem regarding my encounter with the UNPROFESSIONAL staff member. While I was standing at the door of the billing office that was rudely shut in my face, I heard a lady scream and that's when I turned around and realized my belongings were moved out of that same room and she now was in there for her procedure. After finally being allowed to speak to the billing admin as stipulated before as being deplorable and unprofessional. I then went back into the lobby and continued the phone conversation with my carrier while trying to resolve the matter, the young lady screamed at least three more times which is weird because, she should have been numbed appropriately. All I can say is RUN, go were you're appreciated and receives great service"
