"I’d give 0 stars, but the Manager named Lee was very professional, even followed up a few days later. but I can’t trust the mechanics there. Unfortunately, I waited over an hour in the parking lot for the store to open. Once opened, they promptly started my vehicle considering I had the first appointment of the day. Had 4 tires installed and balanced, that went alright. And an alignment. The alignment was horrible. Steering wheel had to be turned to the 9 o’clock position just to drive back to Pep boys.. I brought the vehicle back, just for them to over correct the alignment the opposite direction. Unfortunately at this time, it’s just very frustrating, after waiting almost 4 hours for work to get done incorrectly."

"Outstanding customer service! They made the whole process very smooth and easy. They explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my tire/wheel and gave me plenty of options to choose from as to how go about fixing the issues. Will definitely be back in the future!"

"New Year's Eve 2023 and we ended up with a screw in one of our tires and needed to get it fixed. We stopped in to Pep Boys and the front counter service manager was super nice. Not only did they get us right in to repair the tire, they did not charge us for the repair. It was a wonderful way to end the year with an auto repair. Thank you very much for your kindness and the professionalism that was given to my wife and I."

"Called to verify that they had the tires in stock that I ordered, they said yes. I arrived at the store and was told they did not actually have them (once my wheels were already off the car). They matched the free installation from the other tire deal (which I appreciate) but I ended up spending $100 more than I anticipated on the tires they did have in stock. Work was done quickly and well, but overall experience was poor. If a customer calls asking if you have something in stock, at least check before you say yes."
