"Recently transferred my policies over to them because of "Better Rates" In reality were not better. Whitney hounded us for weeks for the change and "savings". We finally did. After they won our business and we needed help with a motorcycle policy, could not get in contact with them after numerous attempts. My wife would call and they'd claim to call me back right away. Never did. I left plenty of voicemails as well. Emailed numerous times and always a delayed response (Days) or no response at all. Will be shopping new insurance soon due to poor customer service.Just canceled on of my policies, not specifically because of price but more because poor customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but this one deserved it. Only my 2nd bad review ever."
