"Always professional, always honest, and always straight forward. There’s no walking in with a simple oil change to walk out with a $2k repair estimate. When you do need mechanic repairs they perform a thorough diagnostic and if they believe it needs an engine or a repair out of the “general repair” category they won’t even charge (I’ve been there unfortunately).
