I got there, they put it on a jack, took out the tire, and found out the store I bought the tire from did not install the valve stem properly. They thinned it, put a cap on it, and had me on my way. They did not charge me for anything. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you all so much."

"We had a blowout on our motorhome about 8 miles outside Cleveland, TN. After waiting 5 hours for a tow truck that never came we decided to drive to this location. We did ask if it would be okay to go to this location (closer than the Chattanooga location) and park overnight to wait for the tire (which had been ordered by their other location in Chattanooga). We met John Kirby at 8am the next morning and he told us the tire options he had in stock which were comparable to the tire on our RV and that he could have us on our way by 10am verses waiting 1 to 2 more day for the other tire to come in. We decided to go with John’s suggestion as big rig tires are his specialty. John called us about an hour later to share concerns about the other tires so with his recommendation and very fair price we replaced all 6 tires. John and Paul did a fantastic job, Paul even worked through lunch to get us back on the road by 1:30 the same day. We are deeply grateful to have ended up at Cleveland Tire Center with John and Paul, true professionals that provide outstanding service. Highly recommend if you need big rig tires.
