"I was nervous. My 17yo and I were on our way home to PA from the ball fields in Dalton, GA when our car had other plans. It was a Sunday so mechanics were not open and we were in a tough spot. After I spoke with Phillip from PepBoys I immediately had them tow my car 30 minutes to the PepBoys on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga, TN. James, our tow truck driver was great!! He came super fast and was personable! We talked about the Smoky Mountains and softball. He was great!! Highly recommend. (I hope I have his name correct.)"

Can you believe it- he even helped me move my multitude of belongings from my totalled car to my rental. When I first walked in the door I had to wait a little while for someone to come into the office, but they must have a sensor or something to tell them someone had arrived because it was the same wait when I went back in the office to ask a question.
