"I went in yesterday for seat belt buckle repair. Mitch called in the part, and I returned today to drop off my car - picked it up just a few hours later. Easy, worked with my schedule, and Mitch and the rest of the folks there were incredibly friendly. The labor costs were more than expected, but Mitch honored the original price. Really great staff, excellent experience."

"Do not recommend. They do NOT guarantee their work. Spent $1200 to fix the AC on a Sienna van. Didn’t work. They checked again and found “the actual problem”. No refund on the parts we didn’t actually need and no forwarding of money already spent to fix the problem. Staff were friendly enough but the business practices are not. If you have to visit a Toyota Service go to Chattanooga."
