Caseworkers voicemail box is always full so I’ve never been able to leave her a message. It’s been almost two months now since I applied for temporary benefits and I have heard NOTHING! DO BETTER!!"

"Too many people are getting EBT and don't need it!! People who really need it get no help!! They are rejected for a couple of $ over?? Is there an inside job going on?? Second of all, NOBODY ever picks up the phone and boxes are always FULL?? Where are you guys when I need you? No help available at all!!!!! And u people need to check someapplicants way better!! Most of these people never work and eat better than we do?? Have them find a job!! Please check everybody better!! Lots of fraud going on!! With these prices today.. who can afford to live nowadays!? I can't reach anybody in any of the offices!!"

"This is absolutely ridiculous you can’t get through to anyone . I’ve called the 800 number and that system is an absolute joke and impossible to get through to anyone . Case workers don’t answer the phone EVER. The office number picks up either and mailboxes are always full. I’ve called over 20 times trying to get through and no one answers . What a joke"

"Well, I have been trying to get someone, ANYONE, to answer the phone at this office for over a month. I have left numerous voicemails in the mailbox because they tell you that someone will call you back within 24 hours - with no call back. Now the mailbox is FULL and cannot leave a message. It is impossible to get someone on the phone here which means that I will have to actually take some time off work to make my way there during business hours just to get a piece of paper from them. It's frustrating because some of us just don't have the flexibility to run over to the office when we need a small thing like a denial letter. Typical government office."
