"Took my friend to buy an Xbox one s a week after Christmas ended up having to return it. The console wasn’t factory reset, went to go reset it at my house it kept crashing, not to mention the process took forever due to taking forever to load anything (it was a hardware issue cause I had it wired to Ethernet). We ended up taking it back and exchange for another console that wasn’t factory reset either. Sometime in October I bought a PS5 used from them that Would shut off randomly when playing a game. Don’t get me wrong the staff were helpful, but please just reset the consoles after they are traded in."

"They kicked my 9 yo old son out of the store and made him cry after being inside for a few seconds by himself while I stood outside the door... when I asked why they did this... they said it was for his safety?? I sent him inside to look at games not buy an Ak 47.. These girls running this store are completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing... I would rather buy games from Target or Walmart and frankly after pricing them out... Gamestop is not that much of a bargain..."

"Love this particular store. Erika is always on top of things, and is extremely knowledgeable about newer games that are coming out. She helped me by answering every question i had. It's also very clean and organized, so I can find anything I need within a matter of seconds. THANKS for being so helpful Erika! This is the only gamestop I prefer to shop at now. :)"

"This is only the second time we have visited this store. The first time was a year ago and we were greeted by a very welcoming associate who helped answer all my granddaughter's questions. We went again last night. Different associates but the customer service was still outstanding. Both associates welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. They were very knowledgeable about all the products and what they have in stock. I don't know both of their names, but the name Ernesto is on my receipt and he was amazing. Ernesto handled all our trade in products that we brought in with perfect care and he worked hard to get us the best value for our things. We will definitely be back to this store to purchase future games and controllers for our granddaughters new game console. Thank you to both young men working last night for wonderful customer service!"
