"My son went here for almost 2 years. Once they got a new director, they became very unorganized, unprofessional, and very ghetto. They leave kids unattended often, and my son experienced bullying while there and they didn’t do anything to stop or intervene. Their only positive is the hours of operation but after dealing with them it’s not even worth it. I’ve never met the owner, but he needs to evaluate who he has operating his business or there won’t be a business left to run."

"IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. This was the worst daycare I’ve ever been at for employment I was there for literally a month and it was nothing but chaos. They are very money hungry and don’t care about anything. If your kid has diarrhea they wait until the 2nd or 3rd time to reach out to parents when it’s a state rule that you have to contact the parent when it’s happens the first time because it can be an illness. My first day of working there they gave kids(toddlers and infants) HOT DOGS for lunch when that’s a very big choking hazard and also a state rule that’s not allowed. I’ve witnessed kids hurt themselves and not one OUCH REPORT was created. It’s like one big high school working here very messy and miserable adults and you would think when drama is going on it would be solved by telling the director but no she stirs it all up and makes it worse and the OWNER is in on it too. The director lives for drama all she do is sit and watch cameras all day not even for the kids safety but to hear if you’ve said anything about her very CREEPY. They do the bare minimum to pass state inspections and after that they don’t care. They don’t care about new employees at all. I worked in after school with about 60+ kids alone by myself because the older employees came and went as they pleased. The rules only apply to certain people. The owner knew it was only 3 teachers there one day with about 5 open classes and he still left us there with them and drove off in his car didn’t offer to help or anything. Ms.Carmichael (the director ) is very full of it her and Ms.Kenyatta gone be the reason why nobody wants to be there ! It’s so ghetto ! THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING I wouldn’t even send my dog here so save your gas and your time. They lie to parents all the time and think it’s funny one of the teachers were on the phone soon as the call hung up the owner told her “you ain’t doing nothing but lying “ and that’s very sickening when it’s something dealing with somebody’s kid safety. They will lie on you very bad when you’re no longer employed there as well so SAVE YOUR KIDS , GAS , AND TIME !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! One day I went into work and a little baby was sleeping on the bare cold floor!"

"I appreciate brightminds because they treat my kids as there own. love on them an help them. dealing with kids is hard !!! so the patience they have is very skilled. thank you guys for loving JJ and Marshawn and taking care of my babies."

"This daycare is very unprofessional! The never gave me any incident reports only one and then says my child cannot come back until she is evaluated because she keeps throwing temper tantrums ! But u only gave me one report how does that determine she needs to be evaluated if you only gave me one incident to where she is acting up ? If she had other incidents where is the other reports? And what exactly does she need to be evaluated for ? No information given to me on how or where I need to go for her evaluation .. they couldn’t even tell me what evaluation she needs. And now I lost my job because I couldn’t take her to daycare"
