The programs build confidence and promote and bring out each child's individual talents. I was very excited to learn that they are now offering after-school care as well. "My family has been a part of the Youth Life Center for many years now. We have had the opportunity to be a part of and watch the Center’s growth as it has planted its roots deep into the community. My children attend performing arts schools and ceding at the Center allows them to continue to learn and grow in their respective majors. One of the great things about the Youth Life Center is that the students have an opportunity to attend year round and once they have aged out, they have opportunities to return as counselors… creating a full circle experience. "For the 2 years my children have been there, I must say the staff has been fully hands on with child development and keeping families together. When I lost everything they stepped in with full on support with home placement , food, job placements and the list goes on. They also helped to keep my kids focus with school and with their talents and career choices. Clayton county does not have a lot resources , especially ones that doesn’t fall short when it comes to families. I can definitely speak for this center when it’s comes to treating you like you’re apart of the family."
