"Once again, there are never receipts in the gas pumps, especially in the cold weather. I guarantee everyone hates going in the store twice. It's a simple job that many gas stations do I don't see why it's so difficult to do here"
"RaceTrac is the worst. Why does this company insist on listing themselves as "open 24 hours" when, in reality, You can go to any of the five RaceTracs in the immediate area on any given night between midnight and 2:00 a.m. and more than half of them are closed with the doors locked? 4 years ago with the pandemic started and they were doing this, at least we understood it. Now it's just so much more frequent, and so blatantly dishonest that I'm just simply not coming back here anymore."
"4 weeks a go my daughter fell going in the front door from a puddle of water. She fell on both knees and hit her face and ear. 3 employees seen it and never ask if she was ok nor did they help her. 2 customers ask if she was ok. After the customers ask then the manager walked over and ask if she wanted to make an accident report. When my daughter said yes she walked away then returned with a little piece of paper with corporate number written on it. We then called and left a message in which NO one has returned our phone calls. Today corporate told us we couldn’t get a copy of the video of that day, our attorney had asked for it. SO I GUESS MY ATTORNEY WILL BE CALLING NEXT. Also we were told corporate would not allow them to put Rugs down.. Y’all be careful going in this store because we are not the first ones for this to Happen to."
"Came into the store the other day with my son. They probably have the best customer service of any company around. The Co manager Jennifer greeted us when we walked through the door, she checked out multiple people very efficiently and the staff are all smart enough to actually count out change. Whoever does the hiring in this place is a genius."
