"Just had a really horrible customer service experience at this location. I'm a loyal customer and am in this store probably every day. So when I asked to speak to the manager about a DEAD FLY I found in my salad i wasn't trying to cause any trouble. But instead the manager immediately started with an attitude and wanting to go back and forth with me. Telling me there was nothing she could do if I took the product out of the store and opened it. How am I suppose to see there's a fly in my food before opening it? She continued to tell me that I was making the story up because they don't sell food with bugs in it. There was no accountability and absolutely no concern to provide any recourse. When I asked for corporates phone number she told me I can call corporate all I want. I requested she provide me with the phone number again and she told me I can find the number. When I said asked again, still being as polite as possible by saying ma'am I'm asking for you to provide me with the number to corporate she asked an associate standing next to her to give it to me. Then she proceeded to tell me I can call corporate, I can go online but "No one is going to help you." When I told her this was very poor customer service, she replied In a very sparky manner that she's knows and I can call whoever I want to. And the phone number given to me wasnt even the right number. The customer service number online was quick and easy to use. The agent listened intently and confirmed the purchase with my phone number and found the receipt from my loyalty card. They provided me with a credit and said someone will reach out to me about the matter. Even if this was something above her capacity because it was prepackaged food, she could have at least showed some sympathy, some concern, explained that it's not an instore issue and provided me with a contact. Something! Anything would have been better than what I was met with. Even my kids began to jump in the conversation because this lady was so rude and not even hearing me. So if you ever have a problem at this store, don't expect any customer service or concern."

"It took me about 10 minutes to check out after I reached the register. I only had three items. The system to use coupons that were digitally clipped off the shelves wasn’t working right. The attendant told me I would have to delete and reinstall the Kroger app. If I wanted to deal with tech-support problems, I would’ve stayed at work. I do not go grocery shopping to have to deal with tech issues. I did not get my discount, and I left all the merchandise that would have used digital coupons sitting at the register with the attendant. I will not be back."

"I hate Kroger! The employees are rude. They won’t clean up spills which is a big slipping hazard. Their produce is the complete opposite of fresher than fresh. it’s uglier than ugly. Please stay away from this place and go to Publix down the road."

"I’ve used this Kroger for 11 years. I’ve never had a problem and some of the complaints here foreign to me. Do they need more employees? Sure, them and everybody else. The fruit could be better but I go to Publix and pay high prices for fruit. And I see a lack of cashiers…"
