"This is a typical Kroger. They have a great selection of products, but the checkout process can take a while when they get busy."
"While I can usually find what I need, the new set up of this store is awful. The aisles are much smaller now, and the small mid aside displays and baskets cause additional crowding issues. I truly do not understand how the new design was approved, and often find myself doubling back for missed items. Customer service is mid par, meat section is not always well stocked, and produce section is hit and miss. Store pick-up has not been alright, but I hate the paper bags with no handles. When unloading the car, I had to carry one bag at a time because they were overfilled and were awkward to carry."
"The bakery department is the rudest of the employees within the store. This is my second experience with this attitude. With two different employees this time he is claiming to be the manager (Steven). I'll spend the difference and start shopping at Publix which is right nextdoor. Kroger do better you are making life time shoppers for your competition"
"2 months ago I posted a display at the Macland Publix and was impressed with the variety on display of Stella Rosa wine. Today by surprise the Kroger at Battle Ridge Pavillion although not as impressive of a display for Stella Rosa, their price on Stella Rosa wine was even more impressive than Publix. My 1st wine purchase here may not be my last.. I may visit more often if these prices remain!!!"
