"I was sold a faulty tank and called the store to let them know it wasn't working. The employee told me to come back, and he would check it out. Turns out that the company that made the tank shipped out a broken one. The employee had me pick out another (nicer and more expensive tank) and let me have it. I had another issue with juice I bought. I mistakenly bought it thinking that it was a normal juice, but when I tried it, it was menthol. I mentioned it to the same employee who helped me with the tank, and he let me trade it out for another juice (that I love). This employee is the entire reason I keep coming back. I unfortunately don't know his name, but he is extremely nice and understanding when you have any sort of issue."
"Gage was a doll! Such a great helper. I was on a short trip & left my kratom at home. I have severe RLS & cannot EVEN sleep without it. He led me straight to it, was knowledgeable and just precious! It has a pretty good rewards programs for this type of store and pretty decent prices as well. The part that blew me away was the customer service. They give each customer the attention they need, and are super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!"
