"Conner that works in the pharmacy is a liar. I wish I could give zero stars. I take medicine for adult ADHD and I know the mg I take is low but my Dr told me if I come across this to call him and he would change the pill mg to suit the pharmacy and I asked Connor what mg do y'all have and his response was "We don't have any " I had to ask him again because I wasn't sure I heard him correctly. He said they didn't have any. I have been without medication for 4 days now. I don't know or care what Conners problem is or why he is a liar but I am calling corporate office next. Conner you are a liar sir."
"Had just left another Publix bc I told the dr the wrong location to send in my script and the staff at Shallowford was a DREAM compared to the highland plaza location. They were nice, and pleasant to me (which should be the baseline but unfortunately that’s not always the case). And helped lower the cost of my rx without me even having to ask. I felt like they cared about me even though I’m not one of their usual patients. 10/10 will recommend."
"I took my kids to get flu shots yesterday. My oldest (10yrs!!) was a crying scared mess. The pharmacists were SO patient, calm,and kind. We tried three times and my girl would just not do it, but they remained so patient and professional."
