"Very disappointed! I have shopped here almost exclusively for about 7 years and have always spoken highly of it. In the last several months I’ve noticed a real shift to poorer quality produce and much higher prices. I’ve notice many new faces all at once and it seems it might be under new management. Big Fail in my opinion. There used to be a time Sprouts was cheaper than Kroger. Now I find it more expensive than both Kroger and Publix with Publix having the better quality. A real shame because it’s the closest to my home, but it’s time to start using the local Publix."
"I love the tofu and muffins, but their customer services need serious improvement. Simply put, yesterday when I was checking out, available cashiers were just standing there chatting and kept customers waiting in line(same happened in another location I went to). And I was also ignored and treated differently when I was checking out."

"This grocery store is great! It is a push towards lowering the price of healthy foods for everyone to afford. Packed with tons of selections of snacks and nuts convient for anyone to scoop up however much they want, the only downside is that I saw an old man just dig his hand in the nuts without using the scoop and start chowing down on them in the store like he would at home, and had no intention of purchasing them. Also one more thing, I was not greeted by anyone in the store, I walked past several people and not a single one said a word, I found what i was looking for so it wasn't a big deal but either way, customers like to be acknowledged."
