"like everyone else it seems...i ordered some brass screws for my leather menus. total was $18 and shipping was $20. i figured that they must use expedited shipping. 2 months later....NOTHING. the phone is never answered. no voicemail. sketchiest company i've ever dealt with. $38 is not a ton...but it's just not the way to do business at any level. Review Update...after another order. We are going to proceed with a small claims court event. The disrespect of this business is unreal. If they want to take my money multiple times with no response then I will just take the time to be an absolute nuisance to them. Will post poor reviews on every site I can. Do better Menu Shoppe...DO BETTER."
