"This is a very clean and great facility the nurses are great the tecks are great however the nurse practitioners who are wanna be doctors are horrible especially Jessica she told me that I had an STD which turns out I did not have... The test that she did was negative but she told me it was positive.... and when I was trying to ask her questions about that or ask her questions about my care she could not get off her phone to stop texting long enough to talk to me and I knew she was texting because I could see emojis on her phone she's very racist she doesn't like white people it was the worst experience I've ever had with a nurse practitioner or a doctor but she's not a doctor other than that this facility is amazing"

"A friend was told that there was beds available and they would be contacted by the end of the week so they could move in, on the day they claimed they could come they then called us and said there was no longer any.... Why would you tell someone to come on a day only to then tell them there isn't"

"This place is the worst facility in the state of Georgia. Lazy staff. They will go out of their way to cover up any incident, no matter what it may be. If your looking to dump off someone because you don’t care about their well-being, river edge is the place."

"My son has been there twice, its awful there are only 2 staff that are nice and have some compassion, yes they stabilized his meds, but the place is more like jail that a hospital for kids, it's not kid friendly at all, if I were gonna treat kids wouldnt it be kid friendly or have a plat area during the free time or even play therapy, its just awful over there it's more like were gonna teach u a lesson than treat you as a person, it's more like ydc than a hospital, the staff yell at the kids, very short with them, if they ask questions they are rude, j mean they are kids if they ask a question, obviously gheybdidnt know and wanted an answer, besides yes ir no or I dont know. I'm plan on reporting it to the state"

"This place is worth nothing, the people that work their do drugs, smoke, drink, cuss etc. do not go here if u want to stop doing drugs, smoking, drinking. Also they are theives, i was checked in and forced to give up my shoe laces and jewelry, upon leaving i requested for my jewellry and laces, the lady told me they dont have any there for me. I never came with jewellry and they never took my laces. This place is filthy toilet doesnt work, bath clogged up and no heated water. You come out worst than u go in. Trust me! Been there Done that!!!"
