"This place is great. You can buy items at a discount by buying in bulk. It helps save money at the counter and reduces the need to go buy staples often. The scan and go feature on the app is very efficient, easy to use, and useful. You always have a running total of your cart, and don't have to wait in line to check out. An added bonus is that employees don't have to touch every item you purchase so it reduces the chance you get sick from them."

"It was super busy today. Scan and Go is a beautiful thing! I'm not sure what the issue was with the food dept. (pizza, pretzels, hotdogs, etc), but they had at least 20 people in line and not moving when I arrived and when I left. So much for that pretzel!"

"Unbelievable, Sam's renew my membership, without sending me an email or any notification. The Card I had on file was one that I had paid off and closed out. They took it upon themselves to charge my debit card that I had use last month to make my purchases without my permission. So that means that they keep your debit card or whatever whatever you paid with last on file so that can use it whenever they want to. How dare they. I did not give them permission to use my debit card and it resulting in a bounce check fee to plus the 155.00 for the membership. They could not tell me who they charged the extra 45 dollars for. They were trying to tell me that it was for a person who is on our account who always pays for herself. I had her check her account and it expires on 12/17/2023, so it was not renewed. I should have any paid 110.00 for my membership not 155.00. They try to tell me that it was on my last receipt that stated that they would charge my account. it was not on my receipt. BE CAREFUL. I CANCEL THIS WITH MY BANK AND WILL NOT BE BACK. I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW."

"Ordered a LG electric range and a over the range microwave on 5/29. First scheduled delivery and installation was on 6/15. They arrived 20 minutes late and it was sprinkling so they claimed they couldn’t install. After several phone calls to Sam’s, LG and RXO, they rescheduled for today 6/22. They once again arrived late and all they did was plug in the range, no leveling, testing. All he did was turn on a stove burner and took a picture. They left the microwave in my garage stating in a foreign language that they couldn’t install it. Had them call their supervisor and he said that I should call LG. I called LG and they transferred me to Sam’s Club and no help. I called Sam’s Club LG hotline and they transferred me to LG and once again, no resolution. The oven light doesn’t function from the control panel or by knocking twice and it takes forever to come up to the temperature setting. Sam’s will be missing a premium customer on 7/3 when my membership expires."
