"We had my daughters 10th birthday party at Claire's in Macon at River Crossing and it was so perfect and special. One of the managers, Carissa, was so professional and helpful from the first time I spoke to her on the phone to helping with all of the details and extra staffing. The girls were treated to a little makeover by Scotty and Carissa at the store. These ladies made all of the girls feel so special and beautiful. They created an experience that they will never forget. Highly recommend the store and the staff!"

"Visited Claire's yesterday to get my daughter and my granddaughter's ears pierced. And the experience was amazing. Octavia was the beautiful young lady who pierced their ears and I must say she made the experience a beautiful one. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable.She made my babies feel very calm and talked us all through the process. She definitely deserves a raise. She's an amazing addendum to the Claire's team. "I paid $90 for my 4 month old to get her ears pierced and one came out. This is ridiculous . I got my 3 year old ears pierced at the same age but a different place and I had to pull with force to get them out. They don't tell you this when you get them pierced. That there is a possibility that they can come out. And it's not their responsibility. Called the 1800 number expecting a tad bit more understanding. But I was told that I should have never got my babies ears pierced anyway because she is too young and it looks like child abuse. All I wanted was my 1 earring replaced not even asking for a set. I don't recommend this place. They don't have any morals. Nor do the quality match it's price. Call around before coming there"

"I can't recommend Claire's because of customer service. I paid $48 each to have my daughter's and a friend's ears pierced. Was told the earrings would stay in. One of my daughter's came out a week later. I called the store, spoke with the assistant manager to request a re-do or store credit. She said the earring didn't come out by itself and gave me no credit. Was it possible there was an error in putting it in? I can't afford another $48 and my daughter now has no earring."

"If I could give this location a zero, I would. Lousy customer service. I visited the store on Sunday, May 30th between 3 and 4 PM. The only time I was acknowledged was when my wife and I decided to leave. We were told to have a nice day. The two employees were trying to learn how to give a customer an ear piercing. If this is the best this location has to offer, please close the doors."
