"I hardly come here but today I ran into the grocery store next door and stopped to get a specific alcohol. This was actually my second liquor store I went to, the one that I usually go to was closed. Working in the store were 2 men, an Indian man and a white man. I came into looking for a specific brand, the 99 brand schnapps. I looked and saw only 1 bottle of 99 Pineapples. I didn’t want that flavor. I walked around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted. I saw nothing. By this time the white man whispered something to the Indian man and went outside. Me still browsing, trying to see if I saw something else I wanted did not, and I asked the Indian man who was in the store with me if they had any other flavors. He said no. I said ok and thank you and walked to the door. At this time the white man was smoking a cigarette right outside the door BUT he was purposely leaning on the door with all of his body weight as to lock me in the store. No this was not a mistake because the door handle was smack dab in the middle of his back. I had to knock on the door hard in order for him to move out of the way so I could get out. Not sure if they though I was going to steal (I had on a t-shirt, shorts and a Fanny pack) or God knows what else was could have happened to me but I was uncomfortable and left. I rarely write Google reviews but I took the time to write this one because I am a Black woman and I did not like the unacceptable service I received in this store today."
