"This is the worst place I’ve ever went to I bought a ring for $700 and it was big so I tried to change it to a watch they won’t allow it so my only option is if I want to change the ring is only to get something that worth more then $700 which is not fair I don’t recommend this place to anybody they just want you to buy things and let’s say if you want to return it they won’t allow you and they will never tell you about all this policy’s they will only make you spend more. Worse place ever."

"I ended up coming to this location. I was at the location in Stonecrest and received horrible customer service. I left without making a purchase. The young lady who assisted was extremely nice & courteous. She had patience. I was able to purchase 4 rings. The only downside is my eldest didn't really get the ring she wanted but she got something. I gave it 4 stars because initially when I walked in. I smiled at the short female with brown blonde hair. The look she gave me was why am I smiling at her. I clearly stated I'll wait because I'm not dealing with her. My interest was making sure my girls got their rings. They were already disappointed from the last store I went to."

"So unhappy! I called last weekend during the black friday speical because I bought some things online and wanted to exchange them for something else. The gentleman that answered the phone said he could not return anything from Pandora so I explained it was an exchange and he said it was okay but nothing on final sale. I told him I had the black friday special and that's why I wanted to return and get new stuff while the sale was still going. Well he said I could not do it. His loss. He lied because the paperwork clearly says I can take to any authorized seller to return. I just spent $600 online that day which was much more than I originally returned. These people have bad customer service if it comes to returns and only are nice if they are going to make money off of you."
