"In and out. Not packed like an original Pandora storefront. The charm selections are years old and very basic, but still hold the same price as 'new'. Couldn't get a refund after purchasing the same one I bought my mother 2 yrs ago. I was able to exchange it though. The workers nice both times I came in."

"I purchased a pandora bracelet for my daughter here. Had a great experience until one of the charms that we got from there broke. Since this purchase we have moved and when I went to the pandora store closest to our new house I was told we had to go back to the same store we purchased it from. After an hour drive back to this location they told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer have that charm in stock. After reviewing the warranty on pandora products they are supposed to trade it out for one of equal or lesser value, this store did not want to do that, they insisted on repairing it. Once I agreed to that I was then told I would have to pay $45 for the repair, even though this charm is still under warranty. After speaking with the manager she said they would repair it for free and it would be ready in 3 days to pick up. I just went to pick up this charm and the repair they did was not an actual repair I can see where the charm is broken and it’s not even repaired with sterling silver like the charm itself. They did not care about my complaints and said there was nothing else they could do! Update: after I posted this review they contacted my husband directly to let him know if I come back up there they will replace my daughters charm. After three attempts of returning to this location they finally decided to make it right but only after I made this review. My daughter was able to go come up and pick out a new charm which I had also to pay an addition fee for even after the several trips I made up to the store."

"I had a horrible experience. I was called a racist by Ana because I spoke Spanish as a black woman. Don’t shop with them, they are racist. They ruined my $1,000 bracelet by trying to clean it. It was returned to me tarnished and brown. It looked like it was 100 years old and had been ran over by a truck. They so called cleaned it and returned it still brown and in poor condition. I will never shop with them again. Poor customer service and using the racist card was unnecessary. They seem to be the racist ones because I received horrible customer service. I’m so hurt because my bracelet means a lot. I wish I read the reviews before I patronized these ladies. They were negligent when handling my jewelry. Don’t support them, spend your money with someone else. They do not care about their customers!!!!!! As you can see my charms and bracelet are brown. Save yourself the headache."

"Don’t go there! Brought ring on Friday before Valentines Day and a stone came out and tried to get money back the next day and they wouldn’t take the ring back!!! One day!!"

"This store does not even deserve one star! They are absolute frauds and should not even be allowed to operate. Very unethical manner of running a business the retail associates have no ethics and the owners himself does not either. They rush you through purchases and conveniently do not mention anything about their lack of return policy only exchanges. The sales associate was quick to swindle her way through the transaction and very dubiously ignored the fact that she have mentioned their very specific return policy during the transaction. I never would have bought a watch from this store if not that I did not have the time to go to Mall of Georgia to go Macy's or Dillard's. It is so unfortunate that this business would turn what was supposed to be joyous anniversary between myself and my husband into an absolute nightmare. I would suggest that no one in their right mind EVER consider shopping with such an establishment as this! They are bunch of liars and scammers who do not deserve business from any hardworking person! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!"
