"Do not purchase extended warranty for earrings . I got my daughters ear pierced and was advised to purchase the warranty to cover just in case she pulled it out and they would repierce for free . They never mentioned anything about having to bring the jewelry in in order to use the warranty. I searched all over for the earring and couldn’t find it . Long story short I wasted my money and will never purchase again."
"General manager is so rude. She lied to my boyfriend claiming their policy is that they can not call other stores to see if my anklet bracelet was in at another store. Keep in mind that he bought me an expensive gold anklet for my birthday in early December , she never called and when we recently went back she also was rude for us asking for her corporate number. My boyfriend told corporate about the ‘no calling other stores policy’ she claimed & corporate stated that was entirely false. Will never go back to that location."
