"Great customer service when I went in to get a few details for an event but the hours should be updated. They do not open at 9 AM and I arrived at 10:30 AM and they were still closed."
"So I ended up here because Claire's had such horrible customer service! The manager on duty, in Icing, this day was AWESOME!! I expressed to her my concerns of Claire's because I knew they were a sister company... she gave me all the info needed to address the unprofessional employees in Claire's and I thank her so so much for that! I was trying to find her name but it wasn't on the receipt. But I thank her so much as I do not take horrible customer service lightly.... She turned my frown to a smile and changed my day around.
