"The young lady working today decided that she was going to try to be smart today and in fact should still lose her job. Went with my mom and yes I am 38 going on 39 I had left my ID at home in my purse cause wasn't planning on stopping. Well my mom asked what kind of cigarettes I wanted and the lady said is she over 18 which me and my mom replied with yes and I gave her my birthday, well during this time she did not ask my mom for her ID, but I came to the counter to get something and she asked for mine and said it is the law that she has to. Well correction no matter the age someone looks or you think they are you are supposed to IF and you didn't ID my mother she didn't know if I was a cop off duty and seeing this or anything. Or even if I really had my ID on me or not and wanted to see if she would ask for mine since she didn't ask for my mom's... So yes this lady should lose her job you can't pick and choose who you ID it is a law"
