"This store has been a part of Cleveland's history for decades. I am very sorry they have been acquired by a chain of stores, Food City. Another example of a family business going out of business for big business. Cooke's will be closed for good the first week of December 2023. "I like it because it’s smaller and not very crowded; however, it’s a little pricey and I like to support local businesses instead of chains but I definitely could not afford to shop here all the time. Very nice Staff and the store is always clean and well stocked."
