"**************BUYER BEWARE***** horrible experience! If this business were accredited, id report on BBB...but they are not for obvious reasons. However, Consumer Affairs complaint filed, also will advise ABC, and submit google and other social media platforms will be utilized. I went in to purchase 3buffalo trace bottles as gifts and price was labeled $89.99 per 750ml bottle. I purchased and upon giving to friends we discussed price, and all 3 men these gifts were for said i was ripped off. I proceeded to go online. and searched this product and there were more than several stores that offers identical product for at or below $50 , most under $40. We went to this store because other stores have not had it in stock. This is an exact example of what price gouging is. The clerk was incredibly rude by just pointing while saying nothing, to a sign saying no refunds regardless of if me having receipt, unopened product, and it being in its original bagging that she herself supplied the week before. I said even if its price gouging?, and she barraid her responses ,and was just apparent she had no willingness to listen with her rude, hateful ,demeanor. I would have taken 1/2 or a third of money back to settle this and be fair, but her unwillingness to act & treat me respectfully as a paying customer is why i have resulted to this complaint, i will have abc complaint, google reviews, facebook, abc, and other complaint platforms to follow. I can swear and can attest that what i am reporting is 100% truth. I suggest other customers take their business anywhere else."

"The lady who works at the front counter is a miserable human being who’s sole mission in life is apparently to try and inconvenience or put down other people in whatever way she is able. I will never return to this establishment, and judging by the other comments, it’s only a matter of time before this ladies behavior runs off every paying customer in town. I recommend Paul’s liquor store down the road. Complete OPPOSITE experience. Great selection, plus he is very friendly and even gives my kid candy every time we come in."

"There was absolutely the rudest woman working there that I’ve ever encountered. Please do not respond under this that there is no record of me being in your store as I noticed you did with these same type of reviews. I was there and your customer service is lacking severely. A 40 year old woman trying to purchase a gift should never have been spoken to as your terrible employee did to me today. But a big thank you to Paul’s Liquor just down the road on Dalton Pike for being respectful and kind. I will never enter your establishment again."

"People shouldn't Write reviews unless they were standing there during the entire conversation and not walking in at the end to assume what had all transpired. As far as you saying the Employee was mean or rude. there wasn't any rudeness or being obnoxious. How would I know, I'm a paying Customer like you . Oh wait you weren't there til the tail end of the transaction. I was and when your boyfriends license was scanned it played Happy Birthday. i turned around to wish him a Happy Birthday. So any of what you said about that employee. was not true. She is sweet it's her job to do what she does. All u people that write these reviews out of Anger because u didn't get your way and expect her to just scan mutilated and paper copies of licenses. Isn't going to happen, it's the law and her job is on the line and Im sure if you worked doing as this employee does you would follow the same suit or you could end up paying a big fine or jail time. As the Employee would. So stop complaining. I Think that the Employees boss should give Kudos to where they are needed for this Employees Great Job that she is Always doing. And Following the rules. So the Liquor store won't get closed down by her doing wrong. So I will Kudos to the Employee that works at Southside Liquors. Your always so kind an helpful. Thank you.
