"When these guys do work it’s pretty good. However, I won’t personally use them anymore due to the slow turnaround time and lack of communication. I dropped off a mower and asked for a new battery to be installed. A month and two days later (weeks after being told they had some in stock), my mower still hadn’t been touched and I hadn’t been called at all even after having been promised a call back that day. Maybe it’s just the way I was raised… but that’s not how I do things. I wish them all the best. But we won’t be doing business together anymore."
