"The level of customer service and kindness my brother and I received from the team at Power PC was impeccable and they truly strive to go above and beyond. Billy gave us his all when diagnosing our desktop, running several thermal compound tests on every part to make sure exactly what was wrong, and periodically kept us updated throughout the entire process.
