"A few things about Art: (1) He gets the job done in a timely manner (2) He is better at communicating than every mechanic I have ever taken my car to, and he does a phenomenal job of explaining in terms that you can understand (no matter the level of knowledge you have on cars) (3) He is honest. It's obvious that he cares about the customer. He makes sure the issue is completely resolved by the time you pick up your car. (4) It's hard enough to find a mechanic who is not trying to overcharge you for the work that needs to be done. Art will not overcharge you and he will get the job done for the best possible price. As long as I'm living in the area, I will be taking my car to Hurtado's."

"My daughters car was overheating while in the Marietta area. I didn’t want her to drive very far, for fear she would damage the car. So I looked for a mechanic near where she was. Hurtados Auto got great reviews so that’s where I had her take the car. The mechanic called me and told me he the radiator was bad and needed replaced. I gave him the ok to replace it. He called me to tell me he had replaced the radiator but the car was still overheating and that there was internal damage in the engine, but wouldn’t know to what extent unless the motor was opened. He also took the thermostat out but didn’t install a new one bc “it was bad”. Something didn’t feel right after I paid almost 400$ for a radiator but the car was still overheating. So I took it to another mechanic who told me, that the water pump was actually the problem not the radiator and that there was no damage to the car engine. I hate that I was taken advantage of."

"They always do great work, been taking my green Ford Expedition to them for about two years now and the Mecanic has always been honest and professional with his work. Someone made a negative post about the Mecanic but don’t believe them just look at all the other post and stars that everyone else reviews have . It’s really hard to find a Mecanic that you can trust. I found mine so I’m good now ."
