"Joey Marlow was amazing as a salesman. However, we ran into an issue with the financing details almost a month after the installation when we received our first bill. A huge incentive that led us to Coolray was the financing pitched to me by Joey. However, what I was told was incorrect with regards to the financing. Now, they did make it right by admitting I was misinformed and that was their fault. They did end up issuing a partial refund to offset the financing issue. Additionally, almost a month after installation I had requested that service come out and adjust the manual dampers that were supposed to be installed during the initial installation. The tech came out and told me real quick that no dampers were installed. The tech then called his manager to set up an appointment the following day to have the dampers installed. The next day, two techs came out and said they were there to adjust the dampers. I told them that “No” you’re here to install the manual dampers that were never installed. The techs said they didn’t have any dampers on the truck to complete the install and that they would have to come back out. Fast forward a few days later, which was yesterday. The techs showed up and finally installed the manual dampers. As they were finishing up, one of the techs was showing me where they had actually installed the dampers this time when I fell through the ceiling attempting to get to the dampers the tech was showing me. So now I have manual dampers and a hole in my office ceiling. I sure wish the installation would have been completed fully at time of installation back in December, instead of being led to believe by the install techs that they did install the manual dampers. This would have saved 3 additional days of waiting around for them to come complete their job and probably wouldn’t have a hole in my ceiling. We’ve definitely not been happy with Coolray to say the least. I’ll let you be the judge. I would like to discuss this with Tim Smith."
