"Had issues with my Pete and was on side the road, under a load, about 4miles away. My co. called them up to see if they could get me in and they did. Told me what the issue was and that they had to to pick up the part but it wouldn’t take long. They actually dropped us off for lunch across the street at a little restaurant while they went and picked up the part. By the time we finished and walked back they were about done!! To prioritize us like that, getting us in and out… Great Job!!! And without breaking the bank. :) I’ll be calling them again!"

"I took one of my chipper trucks to North Metro after it went into limp mode and needed regen. Was told it had some bad sensors and would be $1800 to fix. That price went up to almost $4,000 after I was told it would not be more than $2500. Was able to get the price down to just under $2600 only to have the truck leave one of my guys stranded the day after getting it back from North Metro. Called Don for advice to get get it out of limp mode so my driver could get home at a decent hour and he was extremely condescending offering no help. So I paid $2600 for basically nothing."
