"I had to sit in the parking lot and wait nearly 30 minutes for them to open the store. They arrived late that morning. The property is in terrible shape and it is difficult to get in and out from a busy road. There's scraps and parts all over the place and the inside doesn't look like it's been organized in 50 years. When they called and said the work was done, I came soon after and found that the work had not been fully completed. There were still screws and parts on my trailer bed and they had to move stuff out of the way so that I could connect my trailer. Then I found some of the wiring had not been done to my satisfaction with exposed wire nuts located in a place where they would be easily dislodged by loading the trailer. Two of four of the old damaged lights they were to replace, had not been removed and we're still there. They had only replaced one set and left the old broken ones in place. I had to wait while they cut those off. The positives were that they did the work in the time frame promised and for the price quoted. They were also polite and apologized for being late when they opened."
