"Last week I got just a door painted and was charged almost $700. I had a vinyl wrap, and upon picking up my vehicle, I looked at the car and they left several pieces of vinyl wrapping on the vehicle.When I asked about it, they said that I had ONLY paid for the door to get painted and not for them to remove vinyl. I thought that was so rude and lazy, as a person that just paid $700 cash to get just one door painted. They would have the common courtesy to just remove the rest of the vinyl. I had to spend several hours peeling it off by hand. Bad experience. I won’t be back."

"EDIT: I was going to give this place a chance, but despite the quality repair they did, there were additional scratches left on my vehicle after repairs. They’ve done good work for me in the past, but it seems like they’ve changed management. I was quoted 7-10 business days for a repair, but it ended up taking an entire month. I ended up having to call over and over and over for updates, even on specific days they said they would call ME for updates. The repairs themselves were nice, but they went INTO my car and put away all my items, even though the damage was outside. They lost my phone mount that was tightly placed onto the vent of my car’s AC, and moved everything either into the trunk or the glove compartment. I did not ask for this. Come here if you want a repair done, but do not come here if you want to keep any important items in your car when you get it back!"

"I was quoted 3-5 business days to have my car painted. It took almost 2 weeks. I had to keep calling and going to the shop to check on things. No one was constant with calling me or updating me even after I told them I wasn't happy with the customer service. They quoted me a price and color on the first day then called 3 days later only to say I needed to change the color. Each time I went in I was there over an hour trying to get service. Overall the customer service is poor and inconsistent. The quality of work was great. I also love the payment options."

"I took my 86 Bronco here for options on a full paint job. The staff took a deep look at the truck to determine the best course of action - they identified that the cab/wheel wells would need extra care and quoted me a fair rate for the labor. They scheduled me for a month out to drop it off. Given the truck is old, we expected to find some rust or other issues, Zack called me to come into the shop to physically look at everything and come up with a plan of attack. They were very fair and gave great advice on the best way to repair, protect, and paint. The quote actually came down as a result of this advice. The process took time and once things got much closer, Zack and the team communicated almost daily with our progress. The finished result was worth the wait and will definitely use this Maaco team again in the future."
