"This is the second time I've used the policy. Although the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, I was concerned with how long it took to get the claim approved. My claim went in on a Thursday and it wan not until the following Wednesday before getting approval for repair. I did receive a follow call from the owner and appreciate knowing America's RV Warranty does take feedback seriously. I also checked with my service provider to ensure they were paid in a timely manner, which they were. I updated to three stars because of their concern/follow up."
