Scotty was quick, after a quick walkthrough and some questions he told me he knew exactly what he needed to do. He was exactly right. I expected to tear my garage apart to make room for him to work. We did not need to move a thing and he did not spill a drop while he worked. Scotty gave me solid advice and made sure I understood what and why he was doing things. He was kind, quick, and understanding of our tough situation. I have not met your other plumbers, but I very much doubt they are better than him. Scotty is the best tradesman I have ever worked with and I will call for him specifically for any plumbing issue I ever have in the future.
