"I brought in my 1981 Corvette, on the recommendation of a friend, to have work done on the brakes. After the first visit I got half way home and turned around as the brakes were still soft, there was some smoke when I pressed on the brakes. After the second visit was about the same distance and saw smoke coming from the back brakes again. Took it back and after the third time they still felt soft and I continued to see smoke. Mind you Tilly Mill charged me all 3 times claiming different issues around the brakes. I finally took it to a Corvette specialist to find out that Tilly Mill had never connected my brake lines to the rear brakes. So when I hit the brakes, fluid would pump out (thus causing the smoke)! I went to Tilly Mill with the findings and the bills and requested a refund based upon the findings. The manager/owner was rude telling me they were not reimbursing me since they "had done the work". So stay away and go to reputable mechanic...or don't and take your chances on brake failure in Atanta traffic like I did."

"My best friend and I went in because her car broke down. There was no way to get back home without her car and John made sure a ride was provided for us. He went above and beyond for us. My best friend is pregnant and we were so worried about the car and we are so blessed we stopped by here to get everything taken care of. His honesty and care really made our experience great. "I bought tires for both my cars here, and both times they were less expensive than everywhere else I checked. Likewise, I saved money on other services as well (oil changes, brakes, etc). The office is clean and spacious. There is an area with toys so my kids can play while we wait. They have desks and Wi-Fi available, so I can work while I wait. And, every morning, they provide danishes and treats, as well as coffee and filtered water. Their customer service is outstanding, as they appear to truly appreciate their customers. And finally, judging from the things hung on the wall (like the Bill of Rights, and an American Flag) they seem to be proud to own and operate a small business in the United States. All of the characteristics make this the type of business I prefer to use."
