"The service and repairs are fabulous ! I no longer fear car breakdowns knowing a well educated and experienced auto tech is the brains behind the repairs, Larry. I had a problem with a car that several mechanics failed to correct. I lost hundreds of dollars of repair costs that wasn't the remedy in repairing the issue presented. This was frustrating. I explained this to Larry and following I left my car in his expertise to hopefully correct. In no time after dropping my car off, Larry called me and found the circuits grounding system was at fault. When I picked up my car, ethically he decided not to charge me knowing my losses. I was shocked. He said any other problems please see him and he was satisfied as a new customer. I did and still was constantly satisfied with honest and fair pricing. The first engagement with Larry when he didn't charge me, I found multiple electronically diagrams he used as a tool to find my problem. This was impressive knowing most mechanics can't read or understand electronics. This complexity of my diagnosis is why the previous mechanics failed to find my Mercedes problem. Simply a well educated mechanic I found and they're rare to find. I hope my review helps others."

"I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for my car to get a diagnostic. I dropped my car off on the scheduled date a couple of hours in advance to be safe. The mechanic I met with told me he would get to it the next morning for better results which I was okay with. I didn’t get any updates the next day and when I called Monday for updates, they informed me that my car was finally about to get lifted and checked, and that I would receive a call by the end of the day on what they found. I called in between to check on my car and I was sent to voicemail twice, and when they called back I just told them I would pick it up now. My C280 wasn’t lifted or checked and never received a diagnostic. Upon my arrival, the mechanic only told me the same issues I informed him I was having when I initially arrived. I wish they would’ve stated they were too busy to see my car instead of wasting my time. There was no point in scheduling an appointment if my car wasn’t going to worked on at the designated time and with a sense of urgency."

"Took a Mercedes to have the sunroof fixed and shifting noise looked at. Car was there for 2 months with nothing worked on. I constantly had to call for a status only to hear a lot of various excuses. Finally went to get the car back. The irony is that I had to make an appointment when I initially brought it in. I'm sure Larry is a nice guy but he shouldn't except new work if he doesn't have the time."
