"*My experience was under prior owners and not the new owner, I hope the practices have changed* You pay for what you get. The guy who owned the place would purchase all of his parts from eBay, not a reputable seller. He told his daughter infront of me while I was dropping off my laptop to check ebay for everything. Also I know several former employees that can verify this information. So I took my laptop up there not even 2 years ago. My screen had shattered and no one likes an ugly laptop. The original work was decent but I could tell the screen wasn't put back on correctly or securely as it wasn't flush with the computer itself. I let it go cause I know how it's ran and I really just needed a quick fix at the time as I had a paper due. Flash forward a few months and my screen was falling off. I took it back up there with no issues, they attempted to fix it and sent me on my way. It worked for a short term. But now, my screen is falling off my laptop again. This laptop runs pretty well for its age but the screen has had issues ever since I brought it here to replace it. If you need a short term fix go for it but long term I'd stay away from here."
