"I received a text from them about some differed repairs from a previous visit. I called and made an appointment for the repairs. I took over a week for me to get my truck back on an appointment. No apologies given or a discount. The shop hours for the repair take 8 to 12 hours for the repair. I would call about the status of the repair and would get "We will call you when it's ready." I missed time from work because of this. This repair cost me twice as much as the bill."
